Technological development is advancing faster than legislation, and even faster than our ability to understand its impact on our lives and our future. The new margins drawn by the advance of technology are shaping new realities that we must face.

So it is worth asking whether we need to write a new human rights charter for the digital age. If so, how do we enforce what exists today, what new frontiers are exposed by the development of artificial intelligence, what about neurotechnological advances, and do they need to be accompanied by new NeuroDrets charters?

During the debate, moderated by sociologist Albert Sabater Coll, Ricardo Baeza-Yates, Nnenna Nwakanma, Jared Genser and Ana Valdivia will discuss digital rights, human rights and the limits that exist or should exist today.
