Cultural journalism, essays and audio formats are at the heart of Noelia Ramírez’s career. Born in Esplugues de Llobregat in 1982 and based in Barcelona, she works as a culture journalist at El País. She is the author of Nadie me esperaba aquí. Apuntes sobre el desclasamiento (2025), an essay on downward social mobility, and contributed to the collective volume Neorrancios. Sobre los peligros de la nostalgia (2022). She is also co-creator of the podcast Amiga date cuenta on Radio Primavera Sound, creator of the first season of the audio essay podcast Els visitants, an initiative of the CCCB and UOC, and contributes to the programmes Vostè primer on RAC1 and Aquí Catalunya on Cadena SER.
