Victoria Muñoz

Lawyer, political scientist and anti-racist activist

Working across legal practice, critical thought and anti-racist activism, Victoria Muñoz focuses on institutional mechanisms of exclusion and reparation. She studied law and political science at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and Sciences Po Paris, and holds a postgraduate qualification specialising in restorative justice from the Universitat de Girona. She is currently completing a master’s degree qualifying her to practise law. She is an activist with the African and Afro-descendant Black Community in Catalonia (CNAACat), with a particular interest in state violence, police impunity, processes of reparation and the imperialist dynamics of the world-system. She currently works as a lawyer in international protection and also works in private legal practice.
