Marina Porras

Literary critic, teacher and bookseller

Graduated in Art History and Catalan Philology, and with a Master's degree in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature, she is an associate lecturer in the Department of Humanities at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and researcher in training in the Comparative Literature in the European Intellectual Space research group, in the Department of Literary Theory at the University of Barcelona (UB).

She is a literary critic and lecturer, collaborates as a cultural journalist in several media and works in a bookshop.

She has published L'enveja (2019), as part of the Pecats capitals series published by Fragmenta. She has also edited and prefaced Donar nous als nens, an anthology of essays by Gabriel Ferrater, published by Comanegra, and La vida de la vida, by Katherine Mansfield, an anthology of newspapers and letters by the English author, published by Angle.
